Who we are
IBA is a networking platform aims to provide effective ways to support and assist businesses in expanding their operations and services internationally.
Central to this mission is our commitment to be transparent about the data we collect and how it is used and shared.
Our registered users (“Members”) share their professional identities, engage with their network, exchange knowledge and professional insights, post and view relevant content, learn and find business and career opportunities. Some of this content, as well as content created by IBA, is available publicly to non-members (“Visitors”).
You are entering into a User Agreement with IBA, who will be responsible for your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, our Services.

When you register for or purchase any of our premium products, we ask you for a payment (e.g., credit card etc) and billing information. We use the services of regulated financial institutions (banks, Paypal, payment gateways), to perform the transactions that you request or authorise. Their services include processing payment transactions, verifying identity, fraud screening, and providing customer service. They have access to the personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process the personal information as permitted by the applicable data protection legislation.
