TUR-EXPO DESTINATION VARNA – BUSINESS, CAUSE AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES

How event marketing and tourism unite in the name of business-networking?

Event marketing takes a significant segment of the communication mix of business. This global trend encourages companies to plan accurately their participation in forums and exhibitions and to initiate business-related events. Our goal main goal is to create a long-term tourist exhibition in Varna with a business-tο-business focus. We have received invaluable trust and support from our partners from the Varna Hotel and Restaurant Association. With Pavlin Kossev, President of VARH. We have worked efficiently from the very first day. He is the most heartfelt, energetic and active partner, a proven professional and knowledgeable in the tourism business, with whom communication, work planning and the generation of new ideas is a continuous process.

In 2017 we invested lot of enthusiasm and energy and in only two months we managed to organize the first edition of TUR-EXPO Destination Varna. We took a huge risk and responsibility both to the exhibitors and to our hosts – the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna. We realized how responsible this project was. We started successfully, with more than 60 exhibitors, hundreds of participants in the conference section, and many visitors – representatives of tourist businesses, experts and others.

TOUR-EXPO Destination Varna 2018 retains its focus entirely on hotel, restaurant and all other areas of tourism. Among our exhibitors this year are resort complexes, hotel complexes from all over the country, the biggest suppliers of professional equipment for hotels and restaurants, high technology companies, innovative software solutions, furniture manufacturers, financial and consulting companies, automobile companies and many more.

This year, the conference program, part of the TUR-EXPO Destination Varna, will be held along with the exhibition in the same hall and will be available for free for all visitors. Our program includes presentations of leading travel companies, online platforms, higher education institutions. The lecturers will be certified specialists and professionals, lecturers in prestigious universities in Bulgaria and abroad. One of the main topics in the three days of the exhibition will be “Innovation in Tourism and the Latest Models of Tourism Management”.

Doret Dimitrova is the owner and managing partner of OneStop Marketmarketing agency, which very recently became a part of a larger project – ProVox communication solutions, joining the efforts and knowledge of marketing and PR specialists from Varna and Sofia. The team organizes an exhibition regarding hotels, restaurants and all areas in tourism named TOUR-EXPO Destination Varna. The second edition of the exhibition will be from 28 to 30 November in the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna.
